The city of Volos, if nothing else, is famous for its tsipouro taverns, which are said to exceed 250. On Taki Oikonomaki 68, in the heart of the city, you will find the small plates tavern “Barracuda”.

Traditional or contemporary? We don’t follow trends, we let our tsipouro and our small plates speak for themselves.

Fresh fish and seafood from the fish market of Volos, made with passion and care, and our tsipouro, smooth, with or without anise, filling the air with the scent of Greece.

The host advised us on the quantity. The food was delicious. The stuffed mushrooms are highly recommended. It is a cozy place with many locals.
